I'm told that if I paint the outside of my garden wall railings with anti-climb paint I need to put up a warning notice to advise of that. The consequences, as described to me, were simply - "or you could get into trouble" - with no additional clarity.
Why could I get into trouble if someone gets a bit mucky and sticky from climbing the railings on my private property?
