Antiflood device is activated in Zanussi ZDF221S dishwasher

We bought zanussi ZDF221S dishwasher about 3 years ago. We didn't put it on untill last month. It is washing properly but not drying and light is flashing. We followed trouble shooting instructions and came up with that it is showing antiflood device is activated. The drainage pipe of dishwasher was squashed i tried to do it properly but it might be in squashed condition since last three years. We run out of warrenty period although we haven't used it single time in last three years. Can i do something? do i have to change anything? Please le me know...

If the anti flood device is activated there will be water in the base of the mahine
