Hi, I'm looking for any alternative supplier for ST2821 Curent Amplifier. They are made by (or at least branded by) ScreenLine Accessories https://www.screenline.dk/images/brochure/tilbehoer/motor_systemer .pdf and as far as I can see sold in the UK only by Morley Blinds for a touch under £200 after VAT.

Just wondered if anybody knows of another supplier Just wondered if anybody knows of another supplier or an alternative? Thanks View attachment 388506pplier or an alternative? Thanks

Excellent spot; Thanks. I’ve been watching eBay but none showing. Just bought that one. Thanks again.

Can you (did you) hear a clicking noise from it when operating the blinds?

Would love to see what's inside it.

I can't think what "current" would need "amplifying" for this. There's a bunch of 24VDC motors, and a power supply beefy enough to power them simultaneously without the voltage dropping.

I wonder if the control module is not man enough to switch the current for several blinds simultaneously, and that the £200 "current amplifier" is basically just a couple of relays.

I have four of these controlling Blinds in individual window sets of three blinds. They have been installed for about 12 years with no problem. When activated from a rocker switch for either up or down or the remote controller there is a click from each unit except of course this one that has failed. I expect you are correct, that they present poor value for money but that’s what they cost.

Open up the dead one and see. If any more fail in the future you might only need to buy a 24VDC relay.
