Any ideas where I can buy this shower diverter?

See the pics, I can only find a similar but not the same shower diverter. Would this do the job?

Diameter is the same but length is a little shorter

Don't have the tap make or model.

Probably won't work but no way to be sure except for trying it. Why doesn't the original work? If its stuck, it should be possible to dismantle, clean and lubricate.

The water has started leaking through the pull out handle ‍. Took it apart today, washers all look good so no idea what's going on.
