I've been given a Metrel MI3000 by a friend to help me with my studying.
Really simple question ... when it's plugged in charging, the battery icon seems to scroll forever and never stops indicating it is fully charged.
Is this normal with this model (the manual doesn't seem to state either way) or is it an indication the batteries are on their way out and the tester isn't detecting them as fully charged?
