Any one know this shower

Hi all,
have been trying to aid in a repair and it's starting to drive me nuts, the shower unit has no name or brand anywhere, and have spent hours trailing Google images with various keyword.
Have managed to finally get the flow cartridge out but am still trying to budge the thermostat valve.
Usually would just change the unit but he does not want to break tiles (annoying as they look like they have been put on with removing in mind).
If anyone kows the make would be appreciated, if you know the refurbish kit required I will bow to your extreme knowledge.

should be easy enough to get out with the right tool, once it's out you can take a pic and send it to the shower doctor.

The wall look like plasterboard / stud wall? If the shower valve is unrepairable, maybe you could change it from behind eg in other room behind the shower?

Thanks but not possible as the other side is a enclosed pipe space and would have to do a whole lot more damage, and still may not be able to access.
