Any recommendations for a loud (discrete) wall mounted alarm siren?

Hi guys as the title really, looking for something loud that can be wall mounted and maybe painted to blend in.

Internal or external (assuming internal if wanting to be painted)? Also you say loud but how loud? Do you want it ear piercing which also means it will be hard on your ears as well as any would be burglars. Or do you just need something loud enough to maybe scare them off and wake you?
