Firstly SORRY ABOUT THE PICTURE QUALITY!

Came across this over christmas and I've just been too busy to ask people on here.

While I was wondering why I couldn't get my neutral nice and tight I saw this.

Don't know if I did it or if it was someone before me, but I've never seen a block split before and wondered if anyone else had?

Had a lampost cut out do it last week, and some connecter blocks do it.

Think there saving on the brass/ copper now. and the back bit is thinner,

Even the heads on 4mm screws seem to be smaller now

Did not notice make, theres a fault on the supply , so it dont work anyway.

we will change it when we go back to find the fault and I will post the make.

Some are 15 years old and some are two years, this one had a 10mm and three 2.5mm rammed in it ,my friend noticed it , but I dont think he did it, so was proberly someone previous, too heavy handed.
But none the less i have never seen it and I am pretty heavy handed.

Connector blocks though c**p, only get one brand now coz of them splitting

There are a brand a streetlighting cutout made by TSS bright orange in colour fitted all round Cheshire. Complete crap terminals always chewed out on the fuse carrier.
