Anyone got a Baxi Instant 80HE? not sure if water temp is ok

Hi All,

Got a three year old Baxi Instant 80 HE. Recently the hot water has not been as hot as it usually is and when i check the row of tempeature neons its only reaching 60 and going no higher. Is this normal? If I put pre-heat on to full it will then reach the full temp of 80. However if i then start running water it drops back down to 60

Is this normal or a fault?

Central heating is fine, there are no fault leds flashing and the pressure is correctly at 1.

PPS its not been serviced since it was put in

Probably drawing more hot water than the boiler can supply, if closing the tap until half the flow sorts the problem, than that is what happens.
