Want to install an extractor fan over cooker in kitchen however there are a number of issues.
We are a mid terrace stone property, our cooker is on the wall to our neighbours. Ducting would go outside to the right of the cooker about 1.5 metres through the exterior wall. Unfortunately the soil pipe runs directly outside this point.
Running ducting further round the room would be my next option but the electric fuse box is directly in the way.
Currently we use a vent free filter hood but it is not coping with the condensation generated when cooking, resulting in damp patches on the wall.
Does anyone have any ideas to solve this conundrum?
Thanks
Ben
