Want to sound proof some stud walls as much as possible. Tried this soundbloc plasterboard on one wall but doesn’t seem to have helped much. Any recommendations?

If it’s a new internal stud wall you have various options i.e. insulation within the wall, boards, etc.

An issue with soundproofing is that, to some extent, it’s only as good as the weakest point. There are lots of places where sound can leak, or bypass the wall entirely.

That’s probably mostly airborne noise, so there is a good chance that putting acoustic insulation slab inside the stud wall will help a lot.

Only thing I can add is it is much easier to stop the sound entering the structure than leaving. For example on a car sound absorbing felt works much better in the engine bay than fixed inside the passenger compartment.
Try and limit the noise at source, bathrooms can be very prone to sound bouncing off hard surfaces like tiles, anything soft will reduce the amount of sound reflected. Towels, robes hung on the door, curtains and bathroom mats help. Or go totally 6o's with carpet, fluffy seat covers and knitted spare toilet roll covers!;););)

Big problem will be if the floor boarding (or joists if you're unlucky) run under the stud wall between bathroom & bedroom. You'll also be on a hiding to nothing if the loo is fixed to your common wall.

Loo not on common wall, got sheets of what looks like chipboard (?) on floor but
Don’t think they run under stud wall. Joists running otherway
