Anyone know what this pipe holder is called?

They usually have rubber in them and grip the pipe from a ceiling. Want to put some downpipes or soil pipes in them to put brushes and rakes etc from vans ceiling. similar to one in picture.

Anyone know their name?

When I go into B&Q I like to ask a young member of staff what B&Q stands for, only one person said they know.

You would of thought the first thing you teach your staff is where the name came from.
