Anyone recognise this wallpaper?

Had some work done to house and some wallpaper got damaged, its been on 11-12 year. I though it was Lincrusta however can't find it any where.

Its like a panel with that design in each corner of the panel. I would appreciate any advice on where I could purchase it from, name of it or even something similar.

Can you take a wider shot? Its hard to tell from that photo but the embossing doesn't look heavy enough to be lincrusta. How does it feel? is it really hard?
The other thing is i would have thought you'd be able to find the pattern if it was lincrusta as i dont think the styles and patterns change much.
However it is a common form of decoration in the north. If we can establish if it is Lincrusta, i'll try and help you further
