I am going to get a planer/ thicknesser can anyone recommend one, or even a good maker? I'm looking to spend somewhere in the region of £300.
It is for heavy hobby use mainly for squaring/ planing rough sawn hardwoods.
To clarify i mean a combination jointer (planer) and thicknesser. Or if you think it would be better to get two seperate machines please mention that too.
