I have an Alph CB28 combi boiler and I get intermittent hot water. When using the shower or any hot tap the water is fine after about 10 secs and runs hot for a while then goes cold. It runs cold for a while and then runs hot again. When standing next to it you can hear it fire up again and you get more hot water. The boiler pressure is in the green band as it should be. Someone I know told me to replace the diaphragm and I got hold of one. However, when I looked online at the manual it says it doesn't have a diaphragm as it is not needed for this model. Anyoine any ideas at all?
Thanks in advance

If it doesnt have a diaphragm how did you manage to buy one for a boiler that doesnt have one???????, It looks to me like it does have a diaphragm in the divertor valve on the manufacturers web site . If you bought one for your model of boiler it must have one or they wouldt sell it
