The Manual Programmer is turning the dial fine, but when it comes to a pin it is not turning past it and switching the boiler on or off. It seems as if it doesnt have enough momentum to get past the switch and just stops there.

Anyone had this issue before or can offer any help in how to solve it?

Thanks

well if the override is not set to on, (so it ignores the setting) only suggestion is get a new programmer.

if you get the same make model it will be a doddle to change

Firstly the Apollo isnt a combi
While it is true that a direct replacement is easy to change you will probably find the item is quite expensive if you are referring to the built in timer.

You need to be a bit clever with wiring to fit an external programmer as a replacement but a good saving could be made
