Appropriate fixing for MF ceiling perimeter channel?

I am installing the perimeter channel of a metal frame ceiling into a breeze block wall.
All instructions says to fix with an appropriate fixing!...
Therefore my question is what size screw and plug would I need to attach to breeze block?.. thanks to any responders!
