Hi
My dad and myself recently installed a the above shower into our bathroom which worked fine for a while. The other week it suddenly started losing power and was making a strange noise as if it was straining (no laughing).
We got a plumber in who apparently took it apart and told my mum that it was an "alignment problem." Unfortunately I wasn't about to see exactly what the plumber did but the shower seemed to work so I didn't question it. A few days later the same thing started happening again and still does to this day.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything we could check ourselves to hopefully resolve the problem.
We have a gravity fed water system and we live in Oxford so I'm guessing this is a hard water area. The shower is about 3 weeks old so I would doubt the hard water has affected the shower in anyway.
Please let me know if you can help or need any more info.
Thanks
