Hi All,
I have a concealed Aqualisa Digital Shower. We live in a flat with a combo boiler. The processor unit is concealed under the bathtub behind tiles, so I cannot access it without removing tiles first. As such, I can't be sure about the exact type - most likely it is Quartz and has been built in between 2012-2015.
A few days ago, it has suddenly stopped working properly.
When I turn the dial it to the coldest setting, the water will flow for almost exactly 2 minutes, then the flow will slow down and almost completely stop.
When I turn the dial to even a slightly warmer setting, the water flow will almost immediately slow down and stop.
I tried:
- resetting it by holding the On/Off button for 10 seconds
- switching off the power for 3 minutes
Reading other forums and Aqualisa FAQ, I was hoping it was an airlock, but the method suggested did not work (opening the water on coldest setting and wait for some air to come out then slowly move towards hot water).
Before moving on to damaging the tiles and checking the filters and the processor - has anyone got any suggestions I could try?
thank you!
