Aqualisa Quartz shower does not turn on

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an issue where our Aqualisa shower will not turn on. When the start button is pressed on the unit the water does not flow and the blue light does not illuminate. We need to understand whether the digital processor needs to be replaced or the issue is something else.

Looks like there’s no power to the processor, as the neon light on it isn’t illuminated

Thanks - an electrician did check and there seems to be power to it but not sure if we need a new processor?

Not a lot you can do to test the unit as I don't believe there are any spares available for it. Only other thing I guess to check is power into the unit, check if there's an internal fuse and confirm that's ok. If that's all ok then it's a new unit needed by the sounds of it.
