in the last 6 months the water from our aqualisa quartz has started to get gradually cooler, meaning the thermostat has to be turned to near maximum. we have only 1 "click" on the thermostat to go. does anyone know what might be causing this? it is just out of warranty! thanks

Thanks. We moved to the house 3.5 years ago and the building work, when the shower was installed, was about 2 years old. Aqualisa Customer services tell me I need the receipt, which the previous owner may have, but I dont.

thanks for the other q on the hot pipe temperature. I believe it is hot, as the shower is (just) at the right temperature, but need to check. Could that suggest be something simple/stuck?
