Aqualisa shower pump (motor) not working

I have an Aqualisa shower and the pump motor appears to have stopped working.
I took the cover off the box and the fan wasn't spinning. If you tap the box to the right it starts spinning but only slowly.
Are these repairable or am I looking at a whole new processor?

Brushes gone. You can buy replacement ones.
Check for loose wires by visual inspection.
