Aqualisa Shower Pump

I have two Aqualisa Showers with a 3 Bar Pump the second was fitted in Sept 07, however, late Dec 07 the pump started to pulse every time a tap was turned on.

Sent an Email to Aqualisa 28th Dec but not back until the 2nd Jan 08 and have concerns that this is not doing the pump any good.

Any Ideas how to stop this.

9 times out of 10 it's down to incorrect/ill advised plumbing.
Exactly where do the hot and cold supplies come from, and where are the pumps?
