AQUARIUS HOTPOINT WF340 WASHING MACHINE NOT SPINNING

We have an aquarius hotpoint WF340 and it wont spin. It is attempting to spin but wont actually go into the spin cycle. The on/off and rinse hold switch flash and the only way to stop it is to turn the machine off at the plug. There is nothing stuck i.e a sock and the drum moves ok in both directions with no stiffness. It just randomly happened yesterday.

Any ideas??

We have also tried a different PCB board but the machine still doing same thing
