Our Aquatronic 3 shower keeps intermitently malfunctioning. When it does, all you can get out of it is scolding hot, or cold water. Came with house purchase, no manual. Any ideas please

need abit more info really.
but going on your info is it cycling hot/cold or staying on either ?
most hot/cold faults are due to flow problems.
1.inlet filter blocked, or stopcock not fully open.
2.shower head restricted or blocked.
3.hose damaged internal.
4.last a over sensitive tco.
