Arditex NA down in garage. What floor covering can I use?

My plans to paint the garage floor have gone out the door as I now realise that you cant really paint onto Arditex NA, and it is only a sub-floor. Shows how clueless I am.

What floor covering options have I got? I see there are garage tiles, and big rolls of vinyl, but the videos on YouTube seem very American focused, so not sure how these things would stand up over here.

Is it worth epoxy flooring? Is that even a thing over here?
