The clue was in the description of the claim
Refugees from such countries can't safely, and won't return to visit their relatives until they have the protection of their adopted country, (or country of birth) eg. UK, with a UK citizenship, passport, travel warrant, or whatever they have to afford them that UK protection.
Without it they would be arrested, probably tortured, possibly killed because they lack the protection of their adopted country. They would lose or be denied contact with any family, friends or legal assistance from the UK.

But disproving rsd30h's falsehoods will not stop him from making further false statements based solely on his bigotry.
His falsehoods do however indicate either his intentional false claims driven by his bigotry, or they are based on his ignorance.

Also on the subject of Pakistan, they have Mandatory Biometric ID so all Pakistanis have this ID which confirms who they are and gives access to all criminal criminal charges and activities of the holder..........................and that is the reason they dump or destroy their ID before crossing the Channel..........No Name, No Age, No Country of Origin, No Records of Criminal or Terrorist Activity.
 
Entering a Britain Without ID or a Passport is a Criminal Offence, yet the Illegal Migrants do so with the Help of Our Own Border Force and Automatically offer them the Status of Asylum Seeker, it is Outrageous !

The could Fly into an Airport or they can arrive aboard a Ferry , in exactly the Same Way Any Normal Person Does, If they are Truly in Danger which I very much doubt, and so unable to Fly from their own Country they would have had the opportunity to Fly from any of the Numerous Other Countries that they have Transitted.

Your rant is based on your ignorance. You don't need an ID card in Pakistan until you're 18.
Ergo, if you leave Pakistan before you're 18, the government will have no biometric data of yours. :rolleyes:
Similar rules apply elsewhere.
In addition if you've surrendered your citizen ship of your country of origin, if you ever had it, you are solely a citizen of UK, and under the protection of UK.

You've obviously never travelled or crossed any borders.
Your visa and passport is checked by the carrier.
If you don't have the correct travel documents they would refuse to allow you to board.

The reason for this is that if the traveller is refused permission to enter the uK, the carrier is responsible to take you back to your point of departure, at their cost.

If a UK Border Force officer refuses you entry, you will be detained at the airport or port holding facility while arrangements are made to send you back to your country of origin. You will receive a written decision explaining the refusal, and you may be sent back on the very next available flight.
