I've got a small microbore fed radiator that just won't shift that I need to take off to decorate behind.

Trouble is its in a very tight spot.

I've tried hammer lightly with spanner attached.

Anything else I can do bar draining down and adding new valves.

Bigger spanner? Oats for breakfast?

Whatever you do, grip the body of the valve so that there is no movement or stress on the pipe to valve connection.

Just had a bacon sarni now cant get my fat hand round back of the valve o_O

I am going out to get a mole grip....

Silly question but make sure you are turning the correct way and not actually trying to tighten more (mistake I have made before)

All sorted need wrench and getting leverage standing above worked.

It was more the microbore I was worried about regarding pressure applied.
