Ariston A/23 hot water problems

Hi all, hoping someone could help and point us in the right direction.

We have started having issues with our hot water. Turn hot water on and everything fires up fine and have hot water but at a point then the burners go off and water is then cold. It takes about between 30 secs to a minute and then fires back up and water goes hot again. This happens constantly. Dont seem to have any warning lights on boiler front either.

Any advice would be grateful rec'd. Trying to clean to young children like this not great

Could be a blocked plate HE or combustion issues or other causes.

Have you had the boiler serviced regularly?

It was serviced a few months ago. Just hoping someone on here would have some idea of what was happening. Going to have to call someone out.
