Ariston AWD12S Margherita 2000 - High Heat Tumble Setting

When on the high heat setting, after a minute or two the dial starts to spin/click. I have to stop machine and switch off to re-set.

Only does this on 'High Heat' others fine. In line thermistor changed (sneakily hidden in heat sleeve), and thermostat changed a while ago when the heater would not work at all.

Any one know what the fix is? Any more cunningly hidden bits?

count the flashes on the door lock poss 13 times .does the fan go round .
