When I turn my oven on, it trips the circuit breaker after about 90 seconds of heating. The fan and oven light work ok and the grill is fine. Is the heating element that needs replacing ?

Most poss. Disconnect the element and try it again If it don't trip then new element req.
 
Disconnected heating element and doesnt trip. New element on order.
