ariston micro combi 23 mffi keeps going on and off!!!!!

Hi all
sorry if this has been covered before but i have searched and cant seem to find..........
when the boiler is switched on it produces hot water and the heating seems to start to heat up then about 10 mins later water and heating goes cold..... but the annoying thing is the boiler seems to fire up and then switch off and while doing so the water goes hot and cold....very frustrating..... the plumbers not sure.............any ideas people please

This is a combi boiler!

It provides EITHER hot water OR heating but NOT both at the SAME time!

I think you need a better plumber!

Or if you really want it fixed then a boiler engineer!
