As many may do - I use Sulphate of Iron for Moss control - But

As many may do - I use Sulphate of Iron to help control moss in the lawn etc.

But I've read by using the sulphate, Lime should be used to maintain the Ph above 5 as the sulphate makes the soil acidy.

If this is so, how much lime should be used per SQ/M.
 
Id be surprised if using moss killer had any real effect on the acidity of the soil.

Id be interested to hear what others think on this

Read elsewhere, by using Sulphate of Iron only it increases the acid.

Purchased some chemical soil testers, as yet to test the soil in the infected areas.
