I am thinking of replacing a double length garage roof currently corregated asbestos cement..The garage is along the length on one side of the house. The easiest would be box profile steel sheeting. What is the general experience of this stuff ? There are two issues : Condensation - the current products claim to have an insulation layer on the underside, does this work ? I live inthe SE. The second issue is- can you walk on it to access the house gutters and roof ? I currently use crawler boards to walk on the roof to clearthe gutter etc.
