Asbestos roof needs taking down.

Morning all, Can anyone advise me on dismantling an old knackered Asbestos roof and disposing of it all? Roof is approx' 50 foot V 20 feet. I've never dealt with Asbestos before, so I was wondering if I could tackle it myself? And how much it'd come to roughly, to get the pro's in to do it for me?

Neighbours garage roof was £550 in 2021 with a company off Facebook.
There first job was Devon. Then Bristol then my neighbour.
Took about 2 hours to remove.
Thibk they were from Yorkshire.

You could DIY but for safety's sake, soak it thoroughly with water and then place the pieces in clearly marked Asbestos Waste bags. Then you'll have to find a registered disposal site willing to accept your waste.
