Asbestos Tile Adhesive/Mastic ??

Hello....removing tiles from bathroom floor.
The house was built in 1970 and I am pretty sure they are the original tiles....underneath the tile is a black layer...see attached picture.
Is this adhesive/mastic with asbestos ?

Well...not sure. Looks like ceramic...
 
I suspect that the black may be bitumen and there shouldn’t be any asbestos.
Asbestos floor tiles have a small amount in them but not much
I think it is a damp proofing.
 
Thanks...the sub floor is concrete so I guess that makes sense...probably will keep the respirator on...
