Do you mean the screws/fittings that hold it together or the screws that fix it to the wall?
Have you lost all the screws and fixings, or just the screws to mount it to the wall?

Is there an echo in here? When you say concreat do you mean concreat blocks with plaster? Or plasterboard on dabs on concreat blocks? Are there tiles to get through too?
