Attached garage - earthing

What are the requirements regarding earthing for a garage attached to the house on TT system. There is also a water supply tap in the garage.

Earth rod fitted in the house, is an extra earth rod required in the garage.

No extra electrode required, just extend into the garage using the existing house earthing system.
