attached kitchen unit door

Is there any way to attached the door to the cage so no need to open door and then pull out waste system, instead, when door is opened, bin slides out

I don't think so. Any method that I could think of fails, because the bin cannot start to slide out until the door is pretty much fully open. I spent a few hours thinking about this, and eventually decided that there was no easy solution.
However, I'd be happy to be proved wrong!
[Edit} Apart from actually fixing the door to the front of the bin, as opposed to using hinges.[/Edit]

Would it be possible to fit something like this to the inner face of the door, and then slide the door over the wire work? Or fit them to a piece of board the same size as the wire work and secure the board to the inner face of the door.
