I need to put in some new plumbing for a washing machine. Washing machine will sit in the airing cuboard next to the bathroom.

My thoughts were to install a T-junction after the bath trap, run a new waste pipe through into the cupboard and attatch to a washing machine trap http://www.screwfix.com/p/washing-machine-trap-40mm/18640#

Is that all thats needed? Is it worth installing a antivac trap by the t-junction?
