Aube TH132F Underfloor Heating - ignoring temperature settings

Hi there, had a look through the forum q's and couldn't spot one like this hence starting new thread.

Aube TH132F - has one temperature sensor installed under the tiles in the floor which in turn is connected to the power base.

Temp set manually to 20° on Control Panel. However, setting being ignored at heating up to 27° (may have gone higher if I'd left it!).

Switched it off, rest it and started again. Same thing.

Swapped out the Control Panel for another one I have. Same thing happened again. Ignoring preset temp and just continually heating.

Suggestions on what I need to do or part I may need to order.
