can anyone explain what causes water to be sprayed from the auto air vent on a worcester240 boiler ?

if its boiling that would do it, especially if its being sprayed!!! check the pump in that case

if its just leaking you need a new aav, they always fail they do

aav replaced,problem solved.
simple job, i thought i`d got major problems.
