avoid inserts in 10mm hep20?

I know they are important in 15 and 22, if you dont want your house flooded, but with 10mm, the ratio of pipe wall thickness to diameter being what it is can i get away with it?
It's for wet ufh so the temp is not going much above 50 deg either, thus minimising any deformity on the plastic.
basically i could do without the extra constricion the inserts add to the flow.

Install the ufh in accordance with the manufacturers design and installation instructions. The spacers will have been allowed for in the calculation process.
