Hello All,

Im about to start renovating a 2 bed terrace and need to remove the back boiler. I was just wondering if there are any special requirements or can it just be ripped out (after ive disconnected the gas and water supply and drained the rads)

?

Cheers

Nope - Its all coming out.....back boiler, rads, pipework etc etc - Im a fairly competant DIYr so im hoping i should be able to cope.....unless of course I have to get a specialist in (corgi etc etc). Fortunalty the back boiler doesnt supply the hot water - its just for the heating......

You Would need to get a corgi to disconnect + Cap The Gas assuming its still hooked up to the bbu if your not compitent to do it yourself.

But I dont see why you couldnt take the rest out yourself.
