Just a quick 
Ive got a gas fire and behind there's a back boiler, what I want to know is when filling the bath ( when say filling the bath I mean 1/2 filling it ) not because I like it 1/2 and 1/2 ( hot/cold ) it's because when near 1/2 full the hot tap justs about stops running and it starts to splutter, then there's no water full stop. And sometimes when you run the hot tap in the kitchen it just tricles out. Any ideas. ?
ps the pipes run into the loft, through the bedroom and they make one hell of a noise at times.
