It's the joists that will be out of level, nothing is going to fix that other than SLC. But I doubt engineered wood floors can't cope with more variation than quoted too.
I have managed to level most of the sections that were way out
No wonder it wasn’t level, it’s an area of 36sqm, so you need 6 bags as a bare minimum, he used 5! And this stuff doesn’t self level if you don’t pour the minimum 3mm
I already used an extra 3 bags for the smallest room, and another 3 for some sections of another bedroom
I think it now looks a lot better, a couple of hundreds £ more than expected but it needs to be done
