Ball valve type?

Water is coming out of the over flow from my cold water tank.

I searched through the forum and established I need a type 2 ball valve with float arm.

As it receives it's supply direct from the mains I assume I need a high pressure one,, could someone please confirm whether I need high or low pressure.

To avoid misunderstandings, I would ask for a mains pressure ball valve
