Ball valve/water pressure?

Overflow dripping on header tank which is fed directly from the mains. Replaced washer and still dripping so decided to fit complete new valve and arm. Looking at the Tool Station booklet I note they are sold LOW PRESSURE and HIGH PRESSURE?. If fed straight from mains is it LOW PRESSURE.

Thanks. Would I be correct in thinking the only difference between the low and high pressure valves is the size of the outlet hole?. Low - bigger hole/High - smaller hole. I note Sam Turner of Northallerton sell low and high pressure washers and one is double the price of the other and looks bigger in the photo?.
