Ballpark figure

Hi guys by my name you can probably guess I'm a gas engineer so know very little about building.

I'm planning a small extension on the side of my house to add a porch and downstairs wc.

Approx 1.8mx3m mono pitched roof(into side of building)

Could anyone give me a ballpark figure to put up a watertight shell as above where I could then finish the internals myself
