Hi, hopefully one you cleaver boiler bod's will be able to solve my problem:
I have a Vaillant TURBOmax Plus 828E, which I've recently had serviced.
Since the service I now have a loud noise which occurs every time a hot tap is opened. It's a single bang which comes from the base section of the boiler as soon as the tap is opened. It only happens while the heating system is on, & it happens with every hot tap in the house.
My plumber though he'd solved it by changing the divertor valve, but that had no effect. He also changed another section which had a fine hole through the centre of it, he thought this may be getting blocked, but the problem persists.
Any suggestions would be most welcome,
